Terms of Use
By playing Southbound Flock at playsouthbound.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Playing the game
The game is free. It is provided as it is and as available: it may change, go offline, or lose data without notice, and we don't promise it will always work.
Fair play
- Don't cheat, including modifying the game, faking your position or speed, automating play, or interfering with the server.
- Don't try to disrupt the game for others, for example by flooding the server with connections or messages.
- Knocking other birds out of the sky is part of the game. Harassing a specific player outside the rules of the game is not.
We may remove records, reset the records board, or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Nicknames
Your nickname is public. Don't choose one that is offensive, impersonates someone else, contains personal information, or advertises something. We may change or remove nicknames that break this rule.
Records and progress
Records and progress are part of the game, not property. We may adjust or reset them, for example after fixing a bug or removing cheated records.
Advertising and links
The site shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of other websites they link to.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
